In celebration of the 20th anniversary of the 10 Most Endangered Historic Places in Mississippi Program, the Mississippi Heritage Trust partnered with Due South Co-op to host a photography competition to capture the beauty, mystery and promise of Mississippi’s fragile architectural legacy. 47 photographers submitted over 200 images of sites listed as endangered since 1999, depicting places both beautifully restored as well as those in dire need of rescue. From the entries, the jury of Due South Co-op members selected 35 images.

Four Kinds of Y'all: Pop-Up Exhibition

As part of SlowExposures 2018, Due South Co-op presents Four Kinds of Y’all, a photo exhibition that weaves together the work of four artists who concentrate and live in the American South. Pastoral landscapes from rural Mississippi mingle with the urban grit of Memphis. Delicate Florida pastels feel right at home beside taxidermied bobcats. The dialogue of the artists blends together like four old friends having a conversation at midnight. 

Stop by and see each of the PopUp exhibits, have your program stamped, and have an opportunity to win a print from one of these artists at the SlowExposures Saturday Supper! A stamp from each PopUp earns you 5 tickets for the Raffle.
